This document describes the terms and conditions applicable to the access and use of the services offered by Columba Store LLC (“COLUMBA STORE”) through the columbastore.com platform (the “Platform”).
Any user who wishes to access and/or use the Platform may do so subject to these Terms and Conditions. All visits and each of the contracts and transactions carried out on this site, as well as their legal effects, will be governed by these rules and subject to the applicable legislation in the United States of America.
ANY USER WHO DOES NOT AGREE WITH THESE BINDING TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHALL REFRAIN FROM USING THE PLATFORM.
Service Scope
The Platform is an online store that allows users to purchase products ("PRODUCTS") manufactured in ARGENTINA and manage their international shipping. Products may or may not be in stock for immediate delivery depending on their seasonality.
Orders and Payments
The platform has a virtual shopping cart to proceed with the final payment.

Prices and Sales Taxes: Prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD). Taxes calculated at checkout correspond exclusively to commercial transaction fees.

Tariffs and Import Duties: For shipments outside the United States of America, the order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and local handling fees imposed by the destination country. Such charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. COLUMBA STORE has no control over these costs nor is it responsible for informing about specific customs amounts for third-party countries.

Payment Methods: Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Diners), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal are accepted.

User Data: The customer is obligated to provide accurate and truthful data. COLUMBA STORE is not responsible for the accuracy of the data provided and reserves the right to suspend orders if the data cannot be corroborated, without any right to compensation.
Shipping and Deliveries
When placing an order, the User must indicate the complete delivery address.

Tracking: A tracking number will be provided for tracking. Shipments have an average delivery time of 7 days, with a handling time of up to 48 hours prior to dispatch.

Customs Responsibility: It is the User's obligation to carry out the necessary customs procedures and payments in their country for the release of the merchandise. Abandonment of the package or refusal of delivery due to non-payment of local tariffs will not generate a right to reimbursement of the value of the products or the shipping cost.

Receipt: It is the User's responsibility to verify the condition of the merchandise upon receipt. In case of damage or missing items, they must contact info@columbastore.com attaching photographic evidence.
Returns and Refunds Policy

Cancellations: Once the tracking number has been provided, no changes or cancellations to the order can be made.

Food Products: Are not eligible for return. In exceptional cases, and at the sole discretion of COLUMBA STORE, a refund may be considered.

Non-Food Products: Returns may be requested. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer and the receiving address will be within the United States of America.
Intellectual Property
The content of the Platform (texts, trademarks, logos, photos, software, and designs) is the property of COLUMBA STORE. Its reproduction, modification, or distribution without express authorization is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability

COLUMBA STORE is not responsible for User typing errors in the delivery address or for the buyer's non-compliance with import tax obligations.

The company works with logistics partners (such as FEDEX) and is not responsible for delays due to weather conditions, strikes, customs process delays, or excessive handling by control authorities.
Applicable Law and Conflict Resolution
Any dispute related to these terms will be resolved under the laws of the United States of America, with the parties submitting to the corresponding mediation or arbitration procedures in said jurisdiction.
