Shipping policy

Shipping and Delivery:

  • When placing an order, the User must provide the complete address where they wish the purchased Products to be delivered, detailing the Street, house or apartment number, Floor and Unit, PO Box, City, and State. All orders confirmed by COLUMBA STORE will be delivered to the delivery address specified by the User when placing their order.

  • A tracking number will be provided to monitor the shipment.

  • Shipments will have an average delivery time of 7 days, and COLUMBA STORE may require up to 48 hours for handling before providing the tracking number.

  • It is the User's responsibility to verify the quantity and condition of the merchandise upon delivery. In the event that the User notices any damage to the purchased Products or if the order is incomplete, the User must directly contact info@columbastore.com, attaching clear photos of the issue.
