On February 2, 1962, Captain of the Space began working, until 55 years later, it became one of the most iconic alfajores in the country. A man who worked in the meat business, around the 60s, decided to change his story and convinced a friend to be his partner and buy a factory with him. Together they embarked on this challenge and after trying 20 different types of alfajores, they invented one of the most iconic alfajores in Buenos Aires.
